1. General Cancellation Policy

  • All travel packages and services booked through Travel Friendly are strictly non-refundable.
  • Only hotel and flight bookings are eligible for refunds, which will be processed according to the policies of the respective service providers.

2. Hotel & Flight Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations for hotel and flight bookings must be submitted in writing via email only at [email protected].
  • Refunds for hotel and flight cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines or hotels.
  • The refund amount and processing time depend entirely on when and how the service provider processes the cancellation.

Important Notes:

  • Travel Friendly will not charge any additional cancellation fees but will deduct any charges applied by the airline or hotel.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the refunded amount from the provider.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the respective provider’s policy.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Tour packages, customized itineraries, visa services, and other travel-related services are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or partially used services.
  • Promotional offers, discounted bookings, and special deals are also non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure

Travel Friendly is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
  • Political unrest or government restrictions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Airline or hotel operational issues

In such cases, refunds (if any) will strictly depend on the policies of the respective service providers.
